This is a 1985 early production M491. Before I purchased the car I emailed my friend Norbert in Germany to verify that is was a Factory M491 (Copy of email in the photos). Norbert started the Wide Body Registry. This car is #40 of 213 U.S. M491 cars built for 1985. I did request and receive a Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche, and it does confirm that the car has a Turbo Look Body
