1987 Porsche 930 Turbo 3.3L in Grand Prix white with Burgundy interior.
Still have the factory original Fuchs wheels with 225/50 R16 front and 275/45 R16 on the back.
Mostly stock factory with a few upgraded parts (most of which I still have the factory original part).
The car’s not cosmetically perfect but you’d have to get really close to find any flaws.
A few drops of oil leak over the course of the week, as usual for this car.
The previous owner had upgraded to a K27 turbo, new Tial wastegate, installed Bilstein shocks in the rear, Momo Protipo steering wheel, installed B&B headers, heat and exhaust, had replaced brake pads and upgraded to stainless brake lines. I also think he painted the fan red to go for the RS look, which I don’t mind and it’s definitely not worth the cost to repaint or sandblast.
Under my ownership, I added a full turnkey AC system from Classic Air (it blows very cold even here in TX), installed a Patrick Motorsport front sway bar, a roll bar in the rear that’s hidden behind the back deck under the speakers, rear shoulder belts (so my kids could ride in the back), replaced both fuel pumps, added a K&N filter in the stock airbox, replaced a bunch of seals (front hood, air vent, side rubber trim, front hood struts, etc), and replaced front suspension pan and fuel tank with brand new units. Those had rust from the previous owner (a leaking battery), so got all that replaced and sealed up, there’s absolutely no rust on this car. I also installed an aftermarket boost gauge.
