Offered here is a 1973 Porsche 914 that has been converted to a 914/6.
This example has been updated and fitted with a period correct 2.0L 6 cylinder Porsche engine. It is carbureted with the correct exhaust, complete with the head exchangers. It has the original transmission casing from the 914 4 cylinder vehicle. The first and second gears have been changed to taller ratios in order to suit the power of the 6 cylinder engine torque. All drive flanges, hubs and brake rotors have been changed to the five lug configuration with replica Fuchs five spoke wheels. The engine has upgraded performance cams and Weber carburetors.
The interior has new carpeting, a re-upholstered center console and re-upholstered seats with Pepita inserts. This example was also quipped with a center console gauge package.
This is an excellent Porsche that drives and handles great.
